Protecting our borders is, in the 21st century, a small part of defending our nation and protecting our interests and our allies.
That also means halting expansion-minded dictators like Putin. If we allow him to take Ukraine, he will continue, just as Hitler did when the Sudetenland was sacrificed to his hate and greed.
We must make certain Ukraine is not annexed and supply them the equipment they need.
Likewise, we have a duty to stand by Israel as they defend themselves, not inhibit them with another useless ceasefire (the last 15 of which have been broken by Islamic terrorists) before Hamas has released their hostages. Israel has the right and the duty to destroy Hamas and we should be helping them. President Biden should be ashamed of his pandering to antisemites.
It is our sacred responsibility to make damn sure that government of, for, and by the people does not perish from the Earth.
The United States IS the world police whether we like it or not, and we must fund and maintain a next generation military beyond mere state of the art. We must be ready to defend ourselves and our allies from all threats, lest we find our precious Earth overrun by tyrants, communists, and terrorists.
